Mission Statement

Every creative endeavor requires a personal signature and element of expertise that enables the final work to exist for itself. Even though I specialize in a variety of subjects, to the self, they are all designated steps with the same rhythm in movement.

A long busy shift in the kitchen is the same as working out and preparing for a marathon.

Making art is the same movement and expression that follows a flow from another source either in music, theatre, real life, nature, and culture.

Cooking food becomes as soulful as making art, singing karaoke, or writing poetry.

Researching turns into real life through the lens of a camera as it serves as passport into the less travelled and unseen corners of the world.

The journaling of life as it develops, becomes an all sensory driven experience with endless depth of information that’s constantly accessible by ‘simply knowing the right questions and taking comfort in not knowing all of the answers’.

The Missions

As an Artist:

To develop and hone the craft as an interdisciplinary visual artist focusing to push the boundaries of Abstract Expressionism and Impressionism in the contemporary fine art arena.

As a Chef:

To instill a natural predisposition to eating whole foods while supporting entrepreneurship in the “slow food economy” with a “farm to table” concept that represents local farms and merchants.

As a Writer:

To spark the interest in philosophy in order to manage self analysis while gauging the intentions behind politics and economics. To write along market forces that aim to have a positive impact in humanity and the world.

As a Photographer:

To document and herald the stories behind each one of us individually and as a society. To bring those stories to life in the context of business, personal branding, and activism.
